Our aim is always to increase independence, reduce reliance on paid for services and create meaningful opportunities for our customers to manage themselves independently.

We do this through a combination of specialised housing management, one-to-one support, signposting, drop-ins, group sessions and access to universal services.

The support services we offer work in two main ways:

Accommodation-based support

This can include schemes for people with complex needs, individuals who have experienced domestic abuse, refugees, and accommodation for homeless families. We receive the rent and service charges, and provide housing management services. We also provide specialist support, funded by local authorities or public sector bodies.

Floating support

We help vulnerable people living in the community to maintain their tenancies and independence. Our support is funded by local authorities or public sector bodies. There can be a 'floating support' element included in accommodation based support contracts, to help clients secure and maintain a tenancy when they leave the supported accommodation.
