Coronavirus: Due to the government announcement on 4th January we are responding to requests for emergency repairs and gas repairs only.

An emergency repair is any problem that could be a security risk or cause harm to you, another person or to your property.

If your repair is an emergency, please call our Customer Service Centre on 01772 667 003.

We will ask questions to make sure we keep you and our colleagues safe before arranging a repair.

Please note we are not able to book in repairs that are not an emergency.

We will reintroduce routine repairs as soon as we can and we will let you know when we are able to restart our normal repair service. Our website will also have the latest service updates.

Please be aware that gas and electrical safety checks will continue wherever possible.

Once our normal service delivery is resumed, the online feature to report a repair will be made available again.

Before you start

You should know that:

  • some minor repairs are your responsibility.
  • you need to pay for repairs caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect.
  • if you’re elderly or disabled then you can use a handy person service to get free help with smaller repairs

Emergency repairs

All emergency repairs need to be reported by phone. Please call us immediately on 01772 667003. The line is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

Emergency repairs that should be reported immediately include:

  • Gas leaks
  • Uncontainable water leaks
  • Complete loss of heating and hot water
  • Electrical or fire risk
  • Property security

Report a repair online

The easiest way to report a non-emergency repair is online. Once signed in to your online account, you can provide details of the repair, upload photos of the issue and schedule appointments at a time that suits you. We recommend you give as much detail as you can as this will help us to plan your repair more quickly.
