As a Places for People Living Plus customer, you are in the best position to tell us about the services that we provide. Your views are very important to us and we would like to ask for your help. That's why on October 19th, 2020 we're launching our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.

We are working with an independent research company called Customer Plus to help us understand what is important to you and what we can do to improve our services. Your responses will be treated confidentially and no individual will be identified.

Please answer as many of the questions as you can. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and we really appreciate you taking the time to do this. Please complete the survey by Friday 20th November.
